Borderway Finance Limited is a member of the Consumer Credit Trade Association who offer a dispute resolution service that is free and impartial. If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction our trade body will adjudicate and you can ask for any dispute to be referred to the CCTA under their independent conciliation service. This free service does not prevent you referring your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with their adjudication.
