This is to allow us to take time to consider the implications of this ruling and, make any necessary changes to our processes and documentation. We are pausing new business to allow us the time to consider the implications of the Court of Appeal ruling and implement any required changes to our process and documentation.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. At this time, we do not know how long this pause will last, however we will keep you up to date with any further developments.
If you’ve already applied for finance through one of our motor dealer partners and you haven’t yet collected your vehicle, please contact your dealer who will speak with their Borderway Finance Account Manager for an update on whether we are able to proceed.
If you already have an agreement with Borderway Finance this won’t be affected. You’ll still receive the usual level of help and support from us, you can find out how to get in touch with us here.
At this time, we don’t know what the changes which will be required will be. We will continue to provide updates as we know them.
